Education Platform (Website & Apps) Access & License to Use
Unless there is a prior written agreement between you and us stating otherwise, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, non-commercial, revocable license to access and make personal use of the Monsters Money Club educational platform (website and apps) (“Use License”). If you are an educator, the Use License includes permission to use this educational platform (website and apps) for educational use within the classroom, school or home of your students. This Use License is subject to your full compliance with these Terms of Use.

The Use License does not allow you to:
(i) download, reproduce, distribute, duplicate, republish, copy, sell, resell or otherwise exploit or make any commercial use of this educational platform (website and apps) or its content
(ii) make any derivative use of this educational platform (website and apps) or its content;
(iii) collect and use any of our offerings, product listings, descriptions or pricing thereof or otherwise attempt to or download and/or copy user account information for benefit of another or in violation of the Use License;
(iv) use any data mining or reverse engineering tools, spiders, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools;
(v) frame or utilize framing techniques or caches to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) located on this Website, including that of Monsters Money Club.
Notwithstanding the above, certain content is made available for download or printing (such as activities, printed quizzes, flashcards and games) you may print or download the page or the available material, as applicable, solely for your personal, non-commercial use subject to the Use License. If you are an educator printing or downloading material with student’s records included, you may only use it for educational use within the classroom or the school of the student. The download or print function is not intended for any other function.
Any unauthorized use of this educational platform (website and apps)or violation of these Terms of Use and the Use License automatically terminates your permission to use Monsters Money Club.

Your Responsibilities
If you are under eighteen you may only use this site with the agreement of a parent or guardian.
You agree that your email address, your home address and your phone number can be used as means of communication from us to you.
You warrant that all the information you provide to Monsters Money Club for the purpose of registering with us and using the education platform (website and apps) for your child is true, complete and current.
You also warrant that the debit card, or the bank account you use for Monsters Money Club transactions is your own, and that there are sufficient funds available to cover your payments.
When you register with us you must choose a password. You are responsible for all actions taken under your password and you must only use the Monsters Money Club website under your own password. It is your responsibility to keep your password safe and to ensure that it is not disclosed to anyone. If you think someone else might know it, you must change it. You must not permit anyone else to use your password.
Your child will be able to choose their own password. This must also be kept safe and not disclosed to anyone other than you, as parents or guardian.
You must not upload, message, transmit or otherwise make available or initiate any content that:
(i) Is unlawful, libellous, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable;
(ii) Includes information that you do not have the right to disclose or make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as insider information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
(iii) Infringes upon patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights or other proprietary rights;

Our Fees
We charge a fee for access to the education platform (website and apps) that will be disclosed to you prior to you signing up and / or downloading the apps. These fees are subject to change. In the event that we change the fees charged for the education platform (website and apps), we will not provide any type of price protection, refunds or promotional pricing for any reason. Use of the education platform (website and apps) may be subject to standard messaging, data and other fees that may be charged by your mobile carrier. If you have any questions concerning this, please contact your carrier to obtain further information.

Changing Your Mind
If you register with us to open an account for your child and then change your mind, please let us know and we will cancel your application.

Ownership &Copyright
Subject to the provisions of these Terms of Use, this education platform and all of its graphics, images, videos, animations, sounds, music, games, subdomains, contents, software code(whether downloadable or non-downloadable), interfaces, chat rooms, forums, mobile products, applications, user interfaces, profiles, widgets, messages, links, emails, User Content (as defined below), Applications (as defined below) or other material appearing on or emanating to and/or from this education platform, as well as the design and appearance of this education platform and the accompanying information and documentation (collectively, “the Content”), are owned by Monsters Money Club, subject to copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights under UK and international copyright lawsand international conventions. We reserve all rights to the Content.
All product, brand and company names and logos used on this education platform (website and apps) are the trademarks or registered trademarks (including, but not limited to the registered trademark “Monsters Money Club”) of their respective owners. Any use of any of the marks appearing on this education platform (website and apps), whether or not owned and/or operated by us (unless you first receive our express written consent or the consent of the owner of the mark, as appropriate), is strictly prohibited.

You acknowledge and agree that such User Content may be utilized by our users in various ways over which, we do not have any control and you expressly release us from any claims with respect to any use of User Content by any third parties.
We do not endorse any User Content submitted to this Website and expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with such User Content.
